Smoother Status Bar Transition Animation.

It would be cool to see a smoother animation for when the status bar expands.

battery pill sliding into place, the extra icons popping out of the signal bars kind of like how regular notification icons would pop into place as you scrolled down to reveal notifications in One Ui 6.
