There are a few things having been bugging me recently.
The animation of opening/closing an app has some lag or skipping frames from time to time. Please make the animation more stable and smooth. This is the basic requirement for a high end smartphone yet the most efficient way to win satisfaction from customers.
When I am typing, why can't I double tap to select one word? The only option is to select all... This does not make sense at all...
The response rate of fingerprint unlock is really slow as well... (not the screen protector issue) Please fix that..
All these problems are not major issues, but they can severely impact the overall daily using experience. I would really appreciate it if you could maybe make some efforts to improve them. Thanks!!
Reset phone cache and repair apps. I don't see any lagging on s23 ultra beta 8. Fingerprints unlock is lighting fast on my end. I think that is user errors not hardware or software issue.
I am using s23 plus. I also heard that s23 ultra is faster when unlocking ur phone with fingerprint compared with s23 plus. And I don't think there is anyway this is a "user error". Maybe they differentiate the hardware or they did not fully optimize lower models on the software level. But the unlocking speed is sooo much slower than my other Android phones (Oneplus & Motorola) which is a surprise to me...
Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming you for going something wrong. What I'm trying to say that sometimes we install some app or wrong settings and we blame everything else. I guilty of that too. Just check and make sure all apps or settings if they not making your phone acting as you described.
