Standard Visual Voice-mail baked into One UI

All android phones should have visual voice-mail baked into their phones or the option to use it. Apple has had it forever we need to have it baked into Android or start the move with One UI. I shouldn't have to download 3rd party apps like Voxist to have it. Let's get with the program and start the move towards it.

Visual Voicemail is currently not available for Unlocked devices.  
Your suggestion has been communicated to the developer and the development project manager is reviewing the content. After reviewing your suggestions, we will apply them to the official version if your proposal matches our concept.
