Stutter scrolling is back

I had downgraded because I didn't care for much of the bugs in the beta, but I remained in the beta as an option. I hit the upgrade button accidentally and am back on the latest beta. Almost like clockwork, the stuttering in scrolling everywhere is back. It's a reminder of why I downgraded in the first place. 

Please 🙏 let me get the most out of my 120hz screen again. How has this not been fixed already?

Hmm, it's smooth for me. Maybe try clearing your device cache.

Turn off the device.Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.When the Android logo displays, release both keys.An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.Press Side key to select.Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.Press the Side key to restart the device.
