P1) For some reason, whenever you are about to close the quick panel from the very bottom to top, you see this blur bar covering over the toggles and brightness slide. I think that it shouldn't cover these toggles while disappearing.

P2) Another nitpick is that in the expanded panel closing, the tiles on the bottom should fade out quicker and the top ones should fade out slower to give a smoother feel whenever you are about to close it, and then flip flop (the tiles move at their own pace rather than the same size as you open it).
