Suggestions for One UI 9

This is for the upcoming One UI 9, since Beta is expected later this year. 

1. Expand Battery Health to US models, only the S25 Series and newer made in Europe has it due to EU regulations. 

2. Add some better blur and icon changes, suitable for people looking for better design. 

3. Bring back cache partition cleanup if it doesn't come back in future updates based on One UI 8.5. 

4. Feature to change battery icon style, One UI 8.5 added the feature to get rid of the oval to just have the percentage but some people want the One UI 6 style. 

5. Improve other animations.
