Transparent Blur in Nowbar

The version of the timer's Now Bar is much more appealing on the lock screen (first top image with frosted blue). This version should be used everywhere. Same goes for other application's. This frosted version should be used consistently across apps.

Also, another inconsistency can be seen when exercising via Samsung Health.
