One of the recent (positive) usability changes is moving to assignable tags over the older hierarchical 'folders' model. Tags could be assigned any time to an app after it's installed. So I could have a collection of apps for example with the tag "Travel", or "Medical", "Financial", etc. App Search would look for either tags or an app by name as it currently does. A reasonable limit (per app) could be established to prevent any performance impact...say 3 or 4 tags max. per app.
