Watch faces apps/ drawer app

Hi, every time that I download a watch face (Watch Pro5) Will a new icon appear in the drawer ? 

if so, it should be like before, that only appear in the wearable app.

Some watch faces come with companion apps to have more functionality (ie. showing phone battery on watch face). This might be one of those apps, check it out with some others and see if they download too.

That apps has functions to show specific things and it is customizable. I tried it, but I decided not to use it because it seemed to drain more.
