When using Icon Packs !

I use icon packs and folders, I like my folders to be transparent. When using icon packs in Ui7 I can't make the folders transparent in theme park. Only have the ability for saturation not transparency. You used to able to use the color picker when using outside of Theme Park.

Am I missing something?

Yes, I have been hoping for its return since its removal; I am curious about the reasons behind its removal.

Additionally, consider offering folder Material You/Color Palette parity as an option, including a transparency slider.
