Wi Fi Calling Notification

I don't know if this behavior is directly related to Beta but I have a Wi Fi Calling Notification that appears every now and again with no apparent reason....notification settings for Wi Fi Calling is grayed out and therefore cannot be turned off. 

I am on T Mobile. 

Anyone experiencing the same? I do not recall this being an issue on One UI 2.5

I have it on tmo also. I got tired of it and long pressed on it and set to silent notification

I have never seen this issue. My phone is an unlocked version on T-Mobile. Something I always do after an update is wipe the cache partition.
