Just wanted to share my experience in the one ui 8 beta on my z fold 5. I've been getting countless hard crashes, like phone display freezes and needs to be hard reset. This always occurs when wifi gets disconnected or switches networks. It appears to even happen when moving from router to router in a mesh network like the one at my school. It's basically made my phone unusable but I am hoping a fix is coming soon.
Edit: It turns out that I now believe it has to do with cellular. I forgot all my Wi-Fi networks and still suffered from the hard crashing. It also happens at specific locations while I'm walkimg. Perhaps it creaytes when cell towers switch, not sure.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members.> Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 2. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 3. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
