lots of lagging on contacts

When I go to my contacts,  I select that contact to dial and notice significant lag. Had anyone else experienced this?

I have noticed in general that certain sections of the ui are a bit more laggy I just tried the contacts and it does seem quite laggy to me as well as well as searching for apps on the app drawer

Mine is lagging also. About two to five seconds to respond
