So before the new UI 3 update, 2 things were different & also better, one much better one slightly better.

Firstly, when you dragged down the notification shade twice the "settings" key came down to where you could reach it with one hand, with this new update that is no longer the case, this i feel is an obvious regression & should be addressed in future updates, bring it somewhere inline with the device's & media tabs.

Secondly
The "devices" tab now requires 2 pull downs for access, before it was one, though with a tiny "devices" button on the lower right of the notification shade, while having a larger more visible area is good, the fact that it now require two action's just to get to it, is again a regression.

What i would suggest is that samsung follows Google's lead in this area and integrate these in the power button, but with their own proprietary services, like smart things & samsung pay ( which is much better than google pay i might add).

Please look into these Samsung.

it is true that the button to open settings should be located in a more accesible location to follow the One UI layout.
