Frame TV - no auto on?

Just got the 2018 Frame TV.   I like that the TV will turn off at night and also if no motion is detected.  However my expectation was that the TV would turn back on when it detects motion.

Is this not the case?

Well I think it would be a great feature to turn back onto Art Mode when a person walks into the room!   Or turn on (into Art Mode) at at a certain time in the morning (time or daylight).

As it turns out this TV does have auto-on.  I think the Night Mode completely turns the TV off so I think disabling Night Mode fixes the Auto On.  It even mentions in the manual that the TV can auto turn on.

After doing that, when you walk in the room, the motion detector does turn the TV back on (to Art Mode), which is what I expected.

Re: Frame TV - no auto on?

I've been wondering about this myself.  I have the TV in the bedroom, so I would like to use both night mode and motion detection - with night mode taking priority.

@SamsungCole   Is there a contact or way to learn which mode takes priority?  Would customer support know?
