Bought this new, awesome, $1,100., 65" in October 2018 from 'Open Box' in Calgary, Alberta. Unfortunately, while streaming NHL games the screen freezes and the Bluetooth headset makes a staccato sound. Sometimes the streaming fixes itself a few seconds later, sometimes not. Initially, the streaming would freeze once in a while but now it happens every few seconds or minutes.
I swapped Bluetooth headsets, unplugged thumbdrives, reset the network modem and Smart Hub, rebooted the tv and its still happening. Love this tv when it works.
