Nothing has worked for me either. I’ve tried everything as mentioned above.

Please post any results that work. I am also having same issue.
Network status check says there is a connection. Netflix loads. But Samsung apps and all other internet apps generates a 012 error code.
No software update available.

So for the UN40EH5300, UN55ES6150, and UN32EH5300 there is a firmware version of 2004.0 available. Please update to this version and retest the Apps. If you are unable to update over the network, steps for updating over USB can be found here: http://bit.ly/2pOiJ6q
