after i manually set the clock to the current date / time, this worked for me...
Hi I had this problem and here is what you could do:
1) go to TV source and press Menu>Support>software Update (even if greyed out it should work)
2) click on software update > ONLINE
3) TV should turn itslef off when done and restart
4) Once in SMART HUB you should get a message saying SMART HUB needs to be updated. (it may take a while so go back out and in if you don't get the message)
Should be fine then

I have a smart tv since 2012. Recently it will not connect to network.
When I go to network connections it says it is connected.
I have a amazon firestick plugged into the USB port and it is working.
I have tried to change the dns to 8888 and 8844 neither worked. I changed it back to automatic. Nothing.
I tried the soft reset. Hold down the power button on the tv remote for about 3 min. Nothing happened. Someone said it would flash SUHD.. that did not happen.
I unplugged it and reentered the WiFi password.
When I try to go to Samsung apps it gives this message "Network interference occurred please try again later Error code 012".
