OK this started about a week ago I cannot use my tablets touch screen at all I had to put it in safe mode to start using the mouse and keyboard on a USB through a USB C but now that my tablet has went dead fully it won't move back up in safe mode and I cannot unlock it because the touch screen will not let me touch it. Won't boot in safe mode anymore and the carrier has nothing to do with it not working just with data and I have WiFi. I really need this fixed or a way to get around the touchscreen to unlock because now booting the device regular (not in safe mode) it wont let you use a mouse or keyboard because the USB is locked until you unlock the device with a pin. I have erased the device through Google's find my hub 3x, and it's just not going to cost me this much and me having to not use it to its full capability. Any 3rd party software that's free to download to a Windows PC to put a new OS or remotely control it would be highly appreciated. I can't root the device because the carrier's locked and it's a US based device which won't unless fully paid off or out of another country and it will void the warranty which I'd like to keep. If the touch screen is unresponsive even after erasing/factory resetting the device, it may be a hardware related issue.
