never before have I been so frustrated with a company like Samsung. I sent in my Tab s6 keyboard cover for a replacement as per instructed by a Samsung support rep. I sent it and they received it in early April. It is now May and I have yet, yet to receive my replacement cover! Furthermore, no communication whatsoever from Samsung themselves giving me an update on it. i've been calling each week, 5 times now, and they still cannot figure out why it hasnt sent. I am beyond frustrated that a replacement cannot be fulfilled. never again will I trust to send something to Samsung nor do I trust their support.
