TabletsHopefully we can work to ease the inconveniences a bit. Are you seeing any error messages before it shuts down by any chance? Has it been doing this since the initial set up or did it start after installing an application? Is it getting warm by any chance?

TabletsCould you try a factory reset and set the device up again? It may be something in the the initial startup sequence that did not load correctly.

TabletsThe only other options i see at this point would be to send the device for service, or you can contact the eCommerce team to see about having it exchanged. Please let me know which option you would prefer.
