Brand New Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Randomly Freezing/shutting down

I just got this tablet less than a week ago, and it will randomly freeze or shut down if it's left alone for more than a few minutes. I have sent multiple logs to Samsung and they haven't gotten back. Does anybody have any idea what the causes can be?

We do not have local service providers for tablets, so it would need to be shipped in for repair.

obviously that'll be an inconvenience as I wont have my device
but I'll see if I can find some time where nobody needs to contact me as I don't have a phone so my tablet is the only way I can be reached

quick question; if I were to exchange this device would I get to hold on to it until a new device arrives or will I ship this one in and when you receive it a new one is sent out (if the issue can't be repaired easily of course)

I have the same problem since day 1. I don't have to leave the screen it just automatically randomly shuts down. It is soooo frustrating to have to sign into my account over and over and over

Oh no!  I would be happy to assist with this further.  Is your tablet getting warm prior to it shutting off?  Is this more prevalent when you are using a particular app or is everything happening at random?  Has your device been updated recently?  Hopefully we can help ease your frustrations a bit.
