I keep on trying to link my tablet to my phone (Notice: I am using my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and my Samsung Tab S7) when I keep on scanning the QR code with my phone, it takes me into Samsung Notes and writes this script.
Call and text continuity I believe is the feature your carrier must support in order to use this feature on either a wi-fi or LTE tablet. It is recommended to reach out to your carrier for assistance with this feature.

I did also have a WiFi version of the tablet, which might be the problem or it's because they don't carry Call & Text on other devices anymore on the new phones.
