I have had no issues getting to my Yahoo Mail via my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra cell phone for over two years now and it's still all good.

The PROBLEM is trying to access my Yahool Mail via my brand new tablet Samsung Galaxy S10 FE 5g. I try to login, but it just keeps buffering/circling and never opens up.

Everything else works on it so far, wifi, 5g, other apps and I have already tried several different troubleshooting methods, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, going to Accounts and backup to try and sync. I even tried to open through Google, whic is a poor substitute for actually going through the Yahoo Mail app.

This seems like it should be something that works right out of the box, but I'm struggling to find a fix that actually works and need help! 😬

I will say I noticed the actual Yahoo app is not listed in my "accounts sync" but when I tried to add it, of course it wants me to sign in and I'm back to just buffering again. Arrrrgggghhh!

Did you try and login without the app for instance by browser.

Yes, but on my tablet it keeps reverting to the app. Perhaps I should consider uninstalling again and without the app available try again through a browser? Still, I shouldn't have to do that especially since its working on my phone and the other apps on the new tablet seem to be functioning properly. šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

How about firefox ?Make sure you have your ID and password in saved passwords, that should do it. Mine has zero problems logging into email accounts ,etc.

That would be a temporary option, however, I purchased my tablet for traveling and we're 15 minutes out from boarding the plane. The ideal solution would allow me to access my Yahoo Mail through the app. BTW, I am a "premium" subscriber to Yahoo (no ads) so I may just have to contact them? I do appreciate your advice and will try again later, but hoping someone will come up with the right answer. šŸ™

Firefox is the ultimate option. My browsers are sync from laptop to phone to tablet. Dont miss the boat. Good luck
