I can't resume mp4 videos. I've tried multiple videos and multiple apps (VLC, Samsung video player, CX File Explorer, etc). This was happening before and after Android 13 and I even did a hard reset and clean install of all the apps.
The whole reason I got this was for media consumption and it is useless if you can't resume.
