I purchased Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss for my Galaxy Tab S10+ on Sunday, so certainly more than 24-48 hours have passed.
The instructions in the email state:
*IN ORDER FOR YOUR THEFT AND LOSS CLAIM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE, YOU MUST HAVE KNOX GUARD ENROLLED ON YOUR DEVICE. YOU CAN ENROLL BY GOING TO HTTPS://GUARD.SAMSUNGKNOX.COM/ ON YOUR DEVICE AND ENABLING KNOX GUARD. IF YOU DO NOT ENROLL IN KNOX GUARD WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ENROLLMENT IN SAMSUNG CARE+ WITH THEFT AND LOSS AND PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PLAN PAYMENT. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 24-48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEVICE IS READY TO BE ENROLLED IN KNOX GUARD.
I keep following these instructions, and it starts a flow of some kind that errors out seconds later, stating "Enrollment not available - Knox Guard doesn't support the Knox Deployment app. To use Knox Guard, try to enroll the device in another way."
Obviously, I am not the administrator of this "Knox Guard" product so I can't try the other method suggested.
I would like to get full use out of the insurance plan, but can't seem to get past this hurdle. It implies they will cancel the plan within 30 days if I do not complete this enrollment.
My tablet is on the latest software with One UI 7.0, so it certainly should not be out of date.
Any help is appreciated!

TabletsIt seems the 24-48 hour window is still on the optimistic end. I tried again this Saturday morning, roughly 140 or so hours after I bought the insurance plan, and the link for enrollment finally worked.
