Cant get into tab s6 lite to do diagnostic

Been having problems with my Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite was just trying to yet a diagnostic on it but I can't get into the device due to my screen being glitchy

If you can't get into your device at all, due to it's age, unfortunately it may be time to update to a newer tablet.
