Well it's att doesn't sell them. I am also you purchase an unlocked tablet and you can use it at any place

When a device is released that is going to be sold by the carrier, that carrier gets an allocation of those devices as does Samsung. Apparently Samsung has sold all of theirs and AT&T still has some to sell. Because of the rapid release of new products, Samsung does not normally have a second production run so when they're gone, they're re gone.
