TabletsHi I have the same issue! I've talked to tech support multiple times and even wrote a letter to their president to return the old version of Dex. They told me that if there will be more requests to their tech support to return Dex, they will do it. Please go to Samsung official website and contact tech support so that they know that there are a lot of us!

TabletsI was a big fan of Samsung with over 40 items purchased over the years from tablets, laptops, tvs, audio and home appliances and now Samsung strikes again, first dropped the multiroom sound system support and left a lot of us with useless speakers worth nothing gattering dust. Now the dex situation. I've purchased a s10 tablet with the idea I could use it as a laptop. A few weeks later they took a way the reason I chose this tablet. Seems like the best option as I've already started doing, is to walk away from Samsung.
