I have a TabA T-380. It is now currupt. Woke up one morning and it only flashes "Samsung Tab A". I can go to recovery mode but can't select anything. I believe the firmware was destroyed. Please help, I believe it took place after an update. Geek squad said it needs to be "reflashed" but they can't reflash. What is "Reflash"? Who "Reflashes"?20200722_161033 (1).jpg20200722_213250.jpg

well if those walk in locations can't help you might want to consider sending the device to Samsung so they can flash the software or diagnose what the problem is.

reflashing is manually reinstalling the system firmware back unto the device. I would suggest going to your carrier to reflash the firmware.

Thank you but there isn't a carrier. It is a wifi device.
