Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

I purchased a PNY 1.5TB PRO Elite Prime C10 U3 V30 A2 microSDXC Flash Memory Card.

The Settings - Device Care - Storage section is NOT recognizing the microsd card.

BUT, the 'My Files' app recognizes it and I am able to move files to it.

I am also able to recogize it on my laptop Pc.

How do I get Device Care - Storage to recognize my microsd card?

I have talked with support twice.  One said it will NOT show in Device Care - Storage.  Even though the manual says it will.

The second didn't seem to care much and said as long as I see it in 'My Files' it is working.  But I could tell he was not interested in following this through or letting a higher level of Tech support know about it.

Thanks.

Kim

Boot into the recovery menu of the tablet, mount ("system" I believe),then delete cache partition, "repair apps". Restart phone from the menu... I hope I recalled that correctly, but those are the usual steps to repair this type of common failure that occurs usually after an OS upgrade/update or system update I have found on occasion. After restarting the phone the Samsung apps should work normally after they've been initialized first upon execution!

To note, this fix works across the field on many Samsung models for this type of issue.

Thanks for your input.  But unfortunately you lost me at Boot to the Bootloader.   😀

I didn't mean bootloader, I'm sorry, I meant the Restart the tablet into the recovery menu for the device.
