TabletsAlso the update may be out for certain regions and not in others. The latest update Samsung was very far behind and a lot of people are not happy about it.

TabletsIt may not be your turn yet on the roll out schedule, although the schedule I just looked at says you should have had it in April. The update, however was about 2 months late rolling out, so that schedule could be off: but the S10+ should have been among the first to get it. Just keep checking for updates. I don't believe you need a SIM card for the tablets, as I thought the tablet updates came directly from Samsung.
Are you up to date on your security updates and Google Play System updates?
When you said you looked to Smart Switch for an update, does that mean you connected your tablet to a computer via cable and used the computer version of Smart Switch, or did you just go to the tablet software update settings and looked for the update? It makes a difference.

Tablets@BillyGalaxyS10Tab Yes, You would need to install a T-Mobile SIM card into the device initially. This registration process allows the device to connect to the T-Mobile network and check for updates. After the initial SIM card insertion, you can remove it, and the device will still receive updates. The initial SIM card insertion is crucial for the device to establish a connection with the T-Mobile network. If you are unable to obtain a T-Mobile SIM card, you can also contact a Service Center to inquire about the possibility of them loading the updates for you.

TabletsDo you know anyone who has T-Mobile as a carrier? Perhaps you can borrow their SIM for 15 minutes. Not having an account with T-Mobile, they may be willing to do it in a store, but they may charge you for it (or worse, try to convince you that the tablet can't be updated unless you sign up for service).
