Flashlight option missing on tablet

I can't  seem to find my flashlight on my Tab A Tablet. Thought all I needed to do was scroll down and look for yhe flashlight Icon and turn it on?  

Would appreciate some feedback.

@MerryBear Generally tablets don't have flash for the camera. Since the flash is usually used for the flashlight, there is no flashlight.

When you pull down on screen it right there around where you turn your wifi on & Off
