TabletsTablet had solid Wi-Fi prior to upgrade. After upgrade was extremely unstable.
Thru Customer Support attempted several (all) trouble shooting to no avail.
Sent it in for service (under warrantee) and the trouble shooting consisted of looking for physical damage - which they found none. They re-imaged the tablet and sent it back. This was not a real test (I work in tech, and know how to test a fix).
after restoring from back-up - the problem persists.
Samsung has known issue with that upgrade (IMHO) and they're just gaslighting customers, and maybe it will be fixed in new release.
Also, Samsung removed the opportunity to leave a product review - just days ago. Convenient.
so I'll not be purchasing another Samsung.
p.s. I read thru community notes and FAQs and all trouble shooting that can be done was done.
It's definitely the UI7 upgrade on this model which created the problem.

Tabletsso more to add in just how bad this update is:
Samsung's tablet "Auto Optimization" feature is totally corrupted, to where is scrapes and deletes files from Chrome download directory, several times/day.
this is just amazingly bad. and I cannot believe this was tested at all.

was told there would be a patch at the end of June. Still no patch.
what is wrong Samsung? using AI in coding and testing?

Tabletscalled support again as the last security patch did nothing to fix issues.
I'm done with Samsung products because it's crystal clear they cannot support the software, if their upgrades break it.
they can probably do remove/replace HW components in cases of physical damage, but that's it.
