Galaxy S9 Ultra S-Pen issues

I have a Galaxy S9 Ultra and was very pleased with it until it did an update on August 8th of this year.  I purchased it to sign inspection documents for my work. These documents are in Microsoft word. Everything was working fine until it did the update and now when I try to sign a document with my S pen, it keeps trying to bring up my keyboard which never happened before. I have went into the settings turned off S Pen to text and it didn't help. I tried resetting Microsoft 365 and that doesn't help either. This is getting frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You will need to send in an error report so our dedicated team and look into this and get it fixed 🙂 You can send an error report by doing the following: Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
