Fleet of 630 Samsung tablets with OS 10. Unattended TeamViewer host app installed. Cannot control tablets anymore. TeamViewer says Samsung needs to fix it.
when tablet is vertical no issue connecting and controlling.
when tablet is horizontal it connects but shows a black screen of death.
something to do with Knox. Been going on for 4 months at least. No support from anyone.
