Hi everyone.
I have installed One Hand Operation on the main user (Owner). Now I'm trying to install it on the secondary (created) user but it won't let me. Added in the following are images of the very limited information reported by the system.

To add some information. The same issue is present with Good Lock and Good Guardians, while other applications from those suites, like Sound Assistant and Pentastic, are able to be installed on both users without issue. Moreover, Pentastic was transferring the gesture setup between users even before it was installed on the secondary user, and at this point I don't know what to think!

Can anyone shine some light on this issue?

I understand how frustrating managing accounts can be. When the user account was set up, was it created as a restricted account?
