Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra Bug - Settings reset to default

Two of my settings return to default every night. GBoard changes back to samsung keyboard, and Eye Care Shield returns to adaptive instead of custom.

 Anybody know how to solve this? Haven't found anything online for this.
