Galaxy tab s6 book cover keyboard's not working

I just received my tab s6 2 days ago. Everything worked well but today it's start an issue. My book cover keyboard is not working although it's connected to my tab and the virtual keyboard disapeared. Please someone help me to fix this issue.

How does this solve the problem? I bought the book cover case 2 weeks ago and now suddenly overnight without doing anything it is not working. Its identified as a keyboard in settings when connected though.

Please provide a solution

Same with me. The keyboard is not working anymore. I already tried resetting my tab s5e but it didn't fixed the issue.

can anyone help with my TAB S5e whose external black keyboard does not work any longer. the TAB is only 1 year old and looked after.

i cannot use it properly without the keyboard and it doesn't have a pen.
