TabletsI just received my tab s6 2 days ago. Everything worked well but today it's start an issue. My book cover keyboard is not working although it's connected to my tab and the virtual keyboard disapeared. Please someone help me to fix this issue.

TabletsI'm sorry to hear that, does this occur when running the Tab in safe mode? To run it in safe mode use the following:
Ensure the device is powered off.
Press and hold the Power button (located on the right edge) until the Samsung log appears, then release.
When the Samsung logo screen appears, press and hold the Volume down button.
Continue to hold the Volume Down button until Safe mode appears in the lower left corner of the screen.
Note This may take up to 30 seconds.
With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

TabletsHello all,
Same problem. Keyboard suddenly stopped working although the trackpad still does. A week ago I was still getting reminders for firmware updates whenever I reconnected the keyboard, but they would never complete as I got an error message saying the keyboard was not attached properly. Which it was.
This safe mode thing isnt making any difference either.
For me the cover has a serious design flaw anyway. It really shouldn't be described as a cover because theres no latch to keep it closed, or to prevent the keypad section from falling off when you move the screen.
The cover needs another case around it to function properly for travel. Why don't Samsung make one? If one had been available, I would have been alerted to the problem and bought one.
That said, I can recall no occasion where I dropped or damaged the keyboard. It stopped working over night, as seems to be the case with other users.
I am hugely disappointed with this. I'm a big Samsung fan and really like the tablet, but I rely on the keyboard- it's the main reason I bought it.
I am now on lockdown in the US. How can I go about getting a replacement please Samsung?
Or is this a firmware problem you're currently looking into fixing?

TabletsYeah I have the same problem. Just got the keyboard cover a couple weeks ago or less and all of a sudden it stopped working. This is way too expensive of an accessory for it to all of a sudden stop working. What can I do?

TabletsI am pretty much in the same situation and feel the same. So disapointed when going for seemingly the best android tablet out there and then it is this flawed. So disapointed.
