Guided access on galaxy tab

I know you can “pin windows” but that lacks a majority of the features, is there any way to natively block touches on certain portions of the screen, but not all, disable keyboard, power button, volume and volume buttons?

for reference I’m using a 2019 galaxy tab a running oneui 3.1

Not without rooting.  Check for threads on the subject at xdadevelopers dot com.
