Help with slow tablet!

Hello, I have a Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G since I got the ONE UI 6.1 Android 14 it has been very slow and don't know how to fix. Please help! I have 4GB of ram and 64 storage

It's like a temp space that stores info and sometimes it stores old info and causes issues. Google clear dalvik for your device and you would get step by step instructions.
