I'm also in similar trouble , Me purchased Samsung Galaxy on7 From China and created Samsung account from china, Now me in India, After mobile Factory reset I'm Not able to login and access. while trying login error message coming as Process failed, I logged Samsung account from computer but it showing no registered device found, The problem is with location, So how to reset location?
