How do I change the screen display from landscape to portrait on my new Tab A8?

@userOL9f59TLbG Try this:

Open the Quick panel
Find and click on this icon.
It will enable auto rotate and turn into this icon.
Now just physically rotate your tablet to landscape mode.

Pull down from the top of the home screen twice
