The color palette have changed a bit, in fact I think it went backwards to One Ui 4.1 because certain elements of the UI doesn't correspond with the color palette theme anymore, such as the volume panel and certain parts of apps. With the one UI 5.1, at least in my Galaxy Tab S7+ S have wasted a lot of good spaces that in the past were in good use .The gallery info page is now formated into a split screen view which is an okay choice however this results to sometimes having only a little bit of information and the rest is just blank space. For some reason a lot of the images that usually had location tags are also gone and I know for a fact that I did not turn off location tag. This just makes a lot of unused space that looks very annoying. Samsung Dex's quick panel used to be one page with all the buttons placed side by side which in the past there have been a relatively shaped rectangle and with One Ui 5.0 is has been turned into a more of a square shape. My point is they had a way to fit all of the minimal amounts of buttons all at once which is convenient to click with the mouse. Now it's two pages meaning that in order to access additional buttons you are required to click the arrow key which then swipes to the next page. There are barely any buttons anyway so what's the point of having two pages? Since Dex is configured for touch as well maybe it's because they want the users to have less of a hustle while reaching higher places of the screen? It's not like they're are so many buttons that is hard to reach without dramatically moving your fingers up. In short there are a lot of small design elements that makes me question as do why samsung would change them the way they are.

I know everyone is always excited to try the "latest and greatest", but it has been proven that you are better off to wait awhile before installing any new updates; that way other people can find the "bugs" and they get resolved before you have to deal with them. That is why my update downloads are never set to automatic.

I guess it depends on how you use your device and how critical you are about certain aspects of the device.

Personally I don't see any change in color and have found one issue with Samsung Internet which needs to be fixed.
