Is there a Text Reader available for Galaxy Tab A

Good day, 

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A in hopes that my 8yr old daughter who is dyslexic would be able to scan documents using the camera and have the tablet pull out the text and read to her like my Samsung Galaxy 20 phone does. However the tablet does not offer to scan the document when I point the camera at a paper. Does anyone know if this is possible on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A?

Unfortunately, there's isn't one readily available on the device.  Hopefully one of your fellow community members can offer some app suggestions.
