TabletsI have a tab s6 lite with wifi and GPS. At home in US (CA) it knows where it is ... google maps correctly shows my home location and timezone is correct. But when I travel, it never gets the correct location or time zone, and the time zone it has does not reflect the location it thinks it has.
Currently I'm in Iceland and it thinks I'm near Bergen (norway) (according to google maps) and the clock thinks it is still in California. I was in bergen 3 days ago.
Location services are on and google maps has 'always' permission.
Timezone is set to auto and automatic date and time is set to auto.
I have my samsung s23 plus with me and it's perfect but it has cellular access.
How can I get my tablet to show correct location and time?

TabletsThe time zones and location only update with a network connection, usually carrier, which means the device would have to have a mobile plan. I have never seen the time/time zone change with only a wifi connection. You may have to manually change your time/time zone when you travel. Google maps won't get your location correct without being connected to wifi or mobile, it will only approximate your location with GPS. The clock and maps are different data sets.
