I bought my Galaxy tab a (Sm-t550 i believe it is) in August of 2020. I did a reset recently so i could lend it to a family member for school and I cant get back in. When i enter either the correct email or phone nu ber with correct passwords i get a message "Something went wrong, please try again" and if i click tne arrow it makes me start over and no matter how many times i try and try i get the error. Please help, i dont have this kind of money to waste! I have been a loyal customer for so many years but after this im starting to get worried since everyone with this problem has not received any help by Samsung that i see here.
Was your device linked to your Samsung account? If so, have you tried to login from another device with your Samsung account?
