My Galaxy Tab S6 will not stay loaded on my Kindle app.

My Kindle library will not stay loaded on the tablet.  In order to see all my library, I have to sign out and re-register the tablet.  The library will not remain.  I can be reading a book, put the tablet down for a few minutes, and when I pick it up, my entire library is no longer there.  When I contacted Amazon about it, they claimed it was a known issue with Samsung tablets.  This is my second Samsung tablet and this never happened with the first one.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, is there another solution besides constantly re-loading my library?

Go to Settings --> Applications (or Apps)

Find the Kindle app.

Click Force Stop.

Uninstall the Kindle app.

Download a fresh copy from Google Play store, and it should be fine.

Thanks for the tips.  However, I did all of that before I wrote the original post.  Nothing has worked.  I still lose my whole library within an hour of signing out, signing back in, and syncing the library.
