My Microphone stopped working randomly

I sent a voice message yesterday through Instagram and it was fine. But when I filmed a video last night audio wasn't being picked up. My tablet is my only electronic. I did everything other than factory reset.

I didn't drop my tablet. I tried cleaning it with a dried soft toothbrush, I tried clearing cache. Even in safe mode audio picks up but that's only when im screaming and it muffled like im underwater. I redid my permissions. I restarted my device. Why is this happening to me? 

Also calls, it'll only work when im connected to Bluetooth. The only sounds my tablet does pick up will be on camera video when im tapping my tablet. Its like the audio was never gone but suddenly when I talk nothing silence.

Is there a non extreme way I can fix this and has someone been dealing with the same issue?

I would suggest using the diagnostics tests in the support tab at  the bottom of the Members app to test the microphones

Just tried it, its saying both mics have a problem. Its not picking up audio.

Sorry to hear that since they are should a problem you would need to contact Support and have the Tablet checked out and repaired

I'm having almost identical issue except during test without nothings I B5luetooth connected, mic #1 fails, mic #2 is good. What should I do
